My mission is to create timeless, effortless looks while preserving the integrity of your natural hair. Every appointment is personalized, private, and designed to help you leave feeling confident, refreshed, and beautiful. Booking Policy A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the appointment deposit may be forfeited. Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Extension Policy To ensure the highest quality results, please review the following extension requirements before booking: A minimum of three (3) full bundles is required for all extension installs. Fewer than three bundles may not provide adequate fullness and may compromise the final look. I do not install Amazon hair extensions. To maintain the integrity of my work and ensure long-lasting results, only premium-quality human hair extensions are accepted. Clients are welcome to purchase premium hair directly through me or bring high-quality extensions purchased from a reputable vendor or beauty supply store. No synthetic. Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty services, all service sales are final. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact me within 72 hours so I can address your concerns.
